Our namesake, Lynn Thames, started her journey in the IT world in 1982, just as the world of computers was getting exciting. After twenty years of experience in the IT industry, earning a Bachelor’s degree in business, and a Master’s degree in computer science, she launched Thames Computer Consulting in 2002.
She felt that her vast experience in the technology world could be best used by serving an underserved segment of the computer user population, home office users and small offices. Lynn felt they deserved to have top-rated IT support that was affordable and still brought them all the advantages that larger companies enjoy.
