While performing any work for you, as a client, it is acknowledged that Thames Computer Consulting may come into contact with or possession of information belonging to the Client. All such information, whether disclosed by demonstration, writing, within programs, within databases, or otherwise is the property of its creator and is deemed confidential information. Thames Computer Consulting will/may use such confidential information solely for purposes of fulfilling tasks necessary to perform the services requested by the Client. Thames Computer Consulting will keep confidential information in strict confidence and prevent all unauthorized access to, use of, and disclosure of confidential information during the term of employment under this Agreement and, if necessary, after services are terminated for any reason.
